You can download them by just searching for "Apple Developer Publications" in iBooks.

I'm sure it's mostly information that's already available in Apple's developer documentation online in some form, but as I started flipping through them I think they're pretty solid. It certainly seems that these cover all the bases for a beginner looking to get started in iOS development. I think when people ask for suggestions for books to read to get started that I would just recommend these.
