So, when do they release a new iMovie that doesn´t suck anymore?

I wanted a new version of iMovie, not a disaster that the new iMovie is... it is a nightmare for anyone who did any video editing on REGULAR software before. This new app is unlike any other. Final Cut? iMovie? Premiere? AVID??? Noone who knows how to edit can really use THIS app!

At least they admitted new iMovie doesn't suit everybody and released HD for iLife '08 Although I don't think that after yet another praise at the keynote iMovie approach will be changed, especially with Final Cut price cut

yeah this imovie is kinda weird, but i don't hate it or anything. i installed this update last night.

I think they want ppl who can "actually edit" to use final cut express, as imovie is really meant for the layperson.
