Apple Remote and Waking from Sleep

Hello.

Yesterday I got my new MacMini baseline model and had it set up as media center in my living room. All works great, except the fact that when I put my MacMini to sleep (via Plexx or just by holding the Play/Pause button on the Apple Remote) it won't wake up. It starts spinning the drive, the light indicator stops blinking, but after 10 seconds or so, it goes back to sleep.

I tries doing PRAM reset and SMC Reset, but nothing helped. Any idea what might be wrong?
