Apple Remote App

When watching anything on my Apple TV the Remote App pops up on my watch. How do I set it to not automatically pop up? It’s annoying cuz if I bump my watch it will pause the show I’m watching.

Noooo.... OP and I don't want anything to pop up when we are playing something on BT device.
When I play YouTube in my Tesla, the watch face becomes the remote face which is supper annoying.

If you follow my instructions nothing pops up. You have to manually launch the Now Playing app.

Okay, I turned it ON now.

Then you’ve got another issue. I have access to two Watches and both obey the setting.

Solved: I deleted Now Playing app from the watch and it doesn't do it anymore.
