Hi,
This might sound like a silly question but I've got to ask it: Is Apple Remote Desktop easy to use? Here's my dilemma...
I live here in Korea and my computer-challenged parents are in Canada. They're constantly bombarding me with questions about the Mac and the OS. Most of them are quite simple and I know I could help them out if I could just get my hands on their machine. People have recommended "Chicken of the VNC" or something before and I had difficulty getting it to work. Not an option. I need something that's simple to use. How about Remote Desktop? I know it's pricey but the educational discount is huge. Would I be able to solve all of my parents' computer woes over the Internet with this program?
Thanks a bunch.
