So I live in one state, and my parents are in another state.

They have an iMac and a MacBook on their wireless N network in the house, and I have apple remote desktop software. For the last 2 years I've been helping them w/ the iMac when they need the help, but now they've added this macbook.

I can't seem to get ARD to see both machines on my end. I have remote login and remote management enabled on the Macbook and I have the ARD ports forwarded to the macbook's ip in their router, but I still only see the iMac when I do a scan of their public IP via ARD.

Any way to get this to work?

ARD ports will need to be forwarded to both computers ip addresses, ideally they would also be fixed just in case they pick up other addresses in the range from the router.
