Apple Remote Desktop: Serious Problems!

Hi. I have my MacPro connected directly to my AEBS along with my MacBook Pro via wireless. I also have a mac mini connected to my TV. I carry out detailed control of my mac mini using Apple Remote Desktop on my MacPro. I tried to connect today and was told that the mini was unavailable. I then tried to scan the network and found the image attached below. Any help, anyone?

seriou prob wit remote desktop

hi
first go to system pref and go to sharing then switch on remote desktop control on in that go to controles and switch on what all controles u mwant. i think it will work
