Apple remote to start hulu?

Hey yall. I'm pretty much in love with hulu desktop. And if I didn't have roommates, I would cancel our cable tv, but can't. I would rally like to push the menu button and have hulu desktop start up. Is there anyway I could do this, via plug-ins or third party software? I know it's not that hard clicking the icon in the dock and then go sit down but it would be very convenient. Thanks for any help.

I would go with Plex. I did use understudy to plug-in to FR for the remote but it isn't as reliable as Plex Media Server to do this I have found. All in all I have had no CATV for about 5 months now and I have no regrets yet! Good Luck
