Apple removes branding from new MacBook Pro w Retina

So, I was just at the Apple store to look at the new MacBook Pro w Retina Display.

I noticed they removed the "MacBook Pro" label from the screen...what gives? Is this just for the models on display? Has anyone received theirs yet? Is this the same for the ones you buy? I'm sure it is .. but thought would ask.

This sorta sucks .. it's look like a bootleg MacBook ... but still sexy.

my retina indeed says nothing on the bezel.

They didn't remove the branding. It's now on the bottom. They apparently didn't have room on the display. You can easily tell it's a Mac, and what's most important is what's on the screen, not what's printed on the edge of the display.

No other computer on the market looks anything like a MacBook Pro. But if anyone has any doubts about what you're using, just spin it so try can see the illuminated Apple logo on the back.

I actually like that they removed the model name on the bezel. Makes it look sleeker.

I wasn't so serious about it looking like a bootleg MacBook .. just saying
