Hello, sent my MacBook for keyboard replacement! Apple shipped it back to me and they delivered it to the wrong address! What should I do? I know this happened before but what was the outcomes and what steps do I need to take.

There was a case like this from a user a few years' back reported in the forums.

In that case, the owner sent the MacBook Pro back WITH THE WRONG RETURN ADDRESS ON THE LABEL. The owner KNEW IT WAS THE WRONG ADDRESS, but sent it anyway with that address as "the address of record". Well...Apple sent it "to the address on the label" (which of course was the wrong one). I don't know if that owner ever got it back, or got the issue resolved.

So I'm gonna ask you a difficult question:
Was the address on the label (that you furnished to Apple) the "correct" one?

Yes, all information was correct on the label etc.

If the label information was correct, I suspect it is the fault of the "carrier" (the company that was responsible for delivering the package).

Who was it?
Have you called them?

I’m very curious too why OP didn’t jump on the phone right away. It’s definitely something you don’t sit on all day, although maybe OP posted it at night their time.
