Apple replaced my 4S yesterday and it had a nano sim in it?

I had to go to the apple store yesterday to get my phone fixed and they ended up just giving me a new phone. I popped the sim out of it and the thing is tiny tiny(nano sim?). I thought this was iphone 5 tech only?

That's a micro sim. The nano sims are even smaller than that. They pretty much have no plastic around the chip.

Fairly certain that is a micro-SIM. The nano-SIM is literally just the gold contacts.

Thats a micro not a nano the 4S and 4 used a Micro while the 5 uses a nano. Nano's have no border around the plastic that has a small border.

Oh I see.. wow that nano is really small. I had to go the store to get old sim for my 3gs to use temporarily. I thought maybe they updated the 4s to use the nano. Cool beans.
