Apple replaced the iBook but the new one has a TERRIBLE keyboard

I had my iBook exchanged but on this one the keys are all crooked, loud, loose, etc. I am really happy that they replaced it but how should I handle the keyboard?

Hmmm, maybe they put the wrong keyboard on. My friend has the version of iBook before the newest ones and his keyboard is like yours. I'd call them.
