Apple request to collect info Popup in itunes

I havent sync'd my phone for about 4 months now until I jailbroke it a few days ago. Now whenever I connect my phone to Itunes I get a popup (sorry not a home so dont know the exact wording) saying apple would like to collect info (or something like that). I always check "do not show this to me again" and click "no thanks", but continually get this message. Does this have to do with jailbreak? I was jailbroken prior but last firmware was 4.0.1.
