I am getting this message whenever I try clicking on foreign-character applications in the App Store. Not all of them, but about half of anything with German, Japanese, or Chinese characters in the description. These applications were accessible previously. Now you can't even look at them beyond search results. Even those I already purchased - I can't submit a review.
I am worried that Apple is enforcing a policy to restrict applications by region. Worried also that I won't receive updates for apps I already own.
My only reason for having an iPod is to study foreign languages. Naturally, some of the best programs are created by NATIVE SPEAKERS of the language in foreign countries.
Does anyone know what is going on?
UPDATE- Try repeatedly clicking on a foreign app. After 2, 3, or 4 attempts... then it suddenly lets you view it!
