I am sure they will still have them available, if not go to Best Buy. I am having my parents pick one up for me tomorrow.

Are you trying to find the store that ran out of stock in order to send your cousin there?

I know in my area all Target, Walmarts and Best Buys we're out of stock. I had to go the Apple store which said over the phone they have a good stock amount but couldnt say how much. I went in the evening at about 6:00 so you should be good imagine they have quite a bit.

The Apple Store I went to seemed to have plenty around 6PM. I went to swap the one I ordered online for another model.

Apple used to have a stock checker but I could not find it. Anybody know where it is?

Just call your uncle retells store they can give you the stock amount. I bought the 32 gb Wi-Fi only in Toronto at the Apple store this morning. I called ahead and they let me know their was still stock. But futureshop had no 32 gb black in stock. So call and see.

My Apple Store in Germantown, TN had plenty, even today.

I'm in the DC metro area and needed to exchange my 16GB for a 32GB. The first Apple Store I called had ample stock and didn't seem like they were close to running out.

Went in about 4 hrs later and walked out with my exchange. I think most Apple Stores have plenty of stock, especially those that have others in close proximity.

If you can wait, I will call every Apple store in the United States. Just give me 24 weeks. I'll get back to you with an answer.

My Mom is buying one there right now. 32GB AT&T.

After missing the preorder on apple.com, I noticed that online ordering quotes 2-3 weeks. I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to order mine online from Best Buy and pick it up an hour later. The only time that I've stood in line was for the iPhone 4S launch and I'm happy to have avoided the crowd. I'd call ahead or reserve one online.

i was just in the apple store in clarendon (arlington, va) and they easily had 100 behind the counter. there were 4 spaces with a pink sticky note that they were apparently out of, i suspect they were the 4 16gb wifi flavors.

The ottawa store had over 200 in line ysterday at open and they still have lots, including 16 wifi, or at least they did when I was there this afternoon around 3pm.

Christiana Mall in Delaware has sold out of all 4G models, both carriers. They do have some wifi models.

Apples stores here look to be in pretty good supply

Best Buy on the other hand are out of many of the LTE versions. Didn't check the Wifi versions.

Most Black models are in-stock, while the majority of white models are OOS.

Interesting - seems to be opposite here in Houston with the White models having more stock than Black.

I wish Apple would share those details by region... would be cool to see.

This is great. Glad resellers will end up making very little profit if any at all.

I saw some eBay new iPad listings for $499 wifi only iPads end at around $560 with free shipping. U factor in eBay/PayPal fees and shipping. People are operating on slim margins.
