So I ordered a 2.2 SR MacBook on Saturday, but immediately cancelled it after seeing that it was "CTO" because of the DVI adapter I added to the same order. I didn't want to take a chance and not be able to return the machine. I'm wondering how long it will take my University's Apple outlet to get the new MacBooks? (This is why I had ordered online) Is Apple still shipping the older MacBooks to retailers, or are they obligated to ship out the new products immediately. I know the university store sells many MacBooks and that their stock is replaced fairly often, but when I asked, they could not give me a straight answer about when they'd get "new" MacBooks, which they didn't really have a clue about (the release).
