hi guys im going to buy an ipad pro however I was wondering what the returns policy is like in the uk. Can I try it out for few days and if it wasnt for me return and get a refund without hassle?

Also does it make a difference buying from apple store or apple online regarding returns?

14 days, no questions asked.

Just like everything else from Apple, except for personalised stuff (engraved devices, etc).

ok cheers mate. As for trying out in store my closest apple store is over an hour drive. plus I rather test out an item in my day to day life to see if it fullfills all my needs. I will order one and give it ago.

Not sure about the UK, but in the US the holiday return policy is in effect, so anything purchased on Nov 1 or later can be returned as late as January 8.

Check your receipt when you purchase it. It lists the last return date on there.
