If I were to get a sim-free iPhone 4S would I have a chance to return it and get a full refund within a certain time frame? If so would the phone have to be completely unused?

That's if the iPhone 4s is still in working condition lol.. You can use it.. 14day satisfactory thing.. So if you don't like it take it back.
