Apple running out of MacBook Pro's

Many MacBook Pro models are listed as "Currently Unavalible" in the Canadian and UK stores. Is this just a temporary strain on supply or are there updates coming up?
 
There absolutely might be an update coming soon, and maybe in the UK, possibly in Canada too.
 
There is something odd with the Apple Store website here in the US and MacBook Pros. If you go to the page where you select with MBP you want, the only link currently working is for the 17" model. Both 13" and both 15" models give the following hen you click on them:

The page you're looking for can't be found.

Did you try searching? Enter a keyword(s) in the search field above. Or, try one of the links below.

So something seems to be going on - whether coincidental or not is anyone's guess...
 
at least with the 13, they added a "choose from our most popular configurations" at the top, though only the standard configuration is currently available as a choice...

WOO HOO!!!! The Late 2011 MacBook Pro's are going to be released! :)

Yah, I'm getting that message too. And as of posting this the higher end 15" model is unavailable. Something's definitely up, I'm going to hold off on buying one for the time being.
