macOS Apple Scripting system preferences

Hi all
I have many macs networked that I need to start and shut down everyday. As many of them are in different locations, I want to write a script to send to them all to change the Schedular settings, in the Energy Saver preference pane. However my experimenting with Applescript isn't getting anyway. It keeps returning an error message saying I can't access it.

any suggestions? of other ideas to fix the problem?
