Apple Seeds Fifth Beta of macOS Ventura 13.5 to Developers [Update: Public Beta Available]

Apple today seeded the fifth beta of macOS Ventura 13.5 to developers for testing purposes, with the beta introduced two weeks after the release of the fourth beta.

Registered developers can download the beta through the Apple Developer Center and after the appropriate profile is installed, with the betas available through the Software Update mechanism in System Settings.

No notable features have been found in macOS 13.5, so it's not yet clear what's included in the update.

With macOS Sonoma now in development and slated for launch this fall, Apple's work on macOS 13 will soon be wrapping up. macOS 13.5 is likely to be one of the final updates to macOS Ventura.

Don’t care about Ventura anymore, I want the Sonoma public beta…

I likely won’t care about Sonoma until at least the first point update, so the Ventura 13.5 upate is very welcome.

Also all computers at work be on Sonoma until it's been out in the wild for some time.

I won't put Sonoma on my main computer either until later this year, but, I have a M1 MBA that has no data that I care about and I've had it on Venture public beta since that was first available last year, so that is the Mac I want the Sonoma PB for ...

Pretty good. I’ve been using the game porting toolkit. It now supports games like Team Fortress 2 and Half-life 2.

The full installers are out now. Same day as the new Sonoma beta 3 version 2 which also has a full installer. I think it's the first time all 4 full installers to be released on the same day.
