Apple Seeds First Betas of iOS 26.3 and iPadOS 26.3 to Developers

Apple today seeded the first betas of upcoming iOS 26.3 and iPadOS 26.3 updates to developers for testing purposes, with the software coming just a few days after Apple released iOS 26.2 and iPadOS 26.2.

Registered developers can download the betas from the Settings app on the iPhone or iPad by going to the General section and selecting Software Update.

We don't yet know what's included in the new beta software, but because that these updates will be tested over the holiday period, Apple may be planning to focus on bug fixes and performance improvements rather than adding major new features.

When we learn what's new in the updates, we'll share details.

iOS 26.3 and iPadOS 26.3 are limited to developers at the current time, but Apple will likely release a public beta in the next couple of days.

It’s a beta, if developers (not a public beta yet) find it’s broken, they’ll just wait until it’s fixed and update their dev systems then. If non-developers find it’s broken, well, they’ll learn what “beta” means first hand!

I’m new and I’m already tired of the lIqUiD gLaSs complaints all the time. lol. Or my new favorite, “I’ll just stay on iOS 18.7.2.” announcements, a MacRumors declaration of fealty.

Wooo, it’s time to get stoked for OS 26.3! This represents the truest version of OS 26 that Apple has ever released! Apple thinks you’re gonna love it.

One more thing…. Get ready for OS 26.4, featuring the ALL NEW Siri. Apple is taking the best-in-class Siri to a whole new level, with on-screen awareness, a true game changer for Apple Intelligence. OS 26.4 is truly the OS for ultra pros!
