Apple today seeded the fourth beta of an upcoming macOS Sonoma 14.6 update to developers, with the software coming a week after Apple released the third beta.

Registered developers can opt-in to the beta through the Software Update section of the System Settings app. Note that an Apple ID associated with an Apple Developer account is required to get the beta.

We don't yet know what might be included in macOS Sonoma 14.6, and no new features have been discovered in the betas so far.

This is incorrect they meant to say Ventura instead of Sonoma. Hence the 14.6 version number instead of 15.

the sonoma full installer is available now but not the ventura or monterey ones

maybe the ventura and monterey ones will come out later

i need the ventura full installer because apple won't allow ota beta updates for vms for anything other than sequoia

actually the ventura and monterey full installers are available too now so now i can update my ventura vm

but the new feature in sequoia allowing authentication required for updating beta vms via ota - really should be retrospectively added to older systems too so that one would no longer need the full installers for them either
