Apple today seeded the fourth beta of an upcoming tvOS 13.4 update to developers for testing purposes, one week after seeding the third beta and a month after the release of tvOS 13.3.1.

Designed for the fourth and fifth-generation Apple TV models, the new tvOS 13.4 developer beta can be downloaded onto the Apple TV using a profile that's installed using Xcode.

tvOS updates are typically minor in scale, focusing on under-the-hood bug fixes and improvements rather than major outward-facing changes.

The tvOS 13.4 update introduces some minor design changes to streamline the look of the TV app interface, plus it introduces Family Sharing integration so users can access iTunes content purchased by family members without having to leave the app.

Now how about for the HomePod to fix all the bugs in 13.3...? Like not being able to play radio stations when personal requests are enabled...

I thought it was just me.. I had to leave the home and re-add myself to get music to play on the HomePod. Holding my phone up to the HomePod to transfer music still doesn’t work.

Please, please, please fix the mess that is the Apple TV app. Too many bugs, library doesn’t work properly, Watch Now is loaded with ads worse than any crappy Windows product from the 90’s ever was.

Hope it fixes an issue I’m having. Sometimes in the middle of the night I’ll be watching a movie when it’ll back out of the movie super quick and then go into the podcast app and open the last podcast I was viewing and be on that screen until I exit out and go back to the movie I was watching.
