Apple today seeded the second beta of an upcoming macOS Sequoia 15.6 update to developers for testing purposes, with the software coming two weeks after Apple released the first macOS Sequoia 15.6 beta.

Developers can opt-in to the macOS Sequoia beta through the Software Update section of the System Settings app. An Apple ID associated with an Apple Developer account is required to get the beta.

There's no word yet on what's included in macOS Sequoia 15.6, and no new features were discovered in the first beta. Apple's work on macOS Sequoia is winding down as it focuses on macOS Tahoe, the newest version of macOS that's coming in the fall.

These days I'm not even sure which macOS version my devices are running. As long as there is a Dock and a Menu Bar, I'm happy.

DO NOT INSTALL THIS BETA. IT IS HOSED, SYSTEMS SETTINGS AND KEYBOARD ISSUES. WAIT FOR AN UPDATE.
If anyone with any sense would not install it on their main machine anyway, ubnless they have a back up to go back to.
i used to install beta of Windows on my machine, but I always had an image that I could go back to .

Ad47uk - That goes without saying. And that isn't the reason for my warning. I've done alpha, beta and gamma testing for over 40 years. In my opinion, this wasn't a beta release. It was an alpha. The level of problems alpha software can cause is an order of magnitude more difficult to deal with than a beta release. Alphas shouldn't make it beyond the development team.
