Apple today seeded a second release candidate version of an upcoming visionOS 2.1 update to developers for testing purposes. The new software comes a day after Apple seeded the first release candidate version.

visionOS 2.1 can be installed by going to the Software Update section of the Settings app on the Vision Pro and opting into Beta Updates.

So far, no major new features have been discovered in the update, and it likely focuses on bug fixes and other small feature improvements. Apple's release notes say that the second visionOS 2.1 RC fixes an issue that could cause Apple Music songs and music videos to fail to play.

visionOS 2.1 is expected to see a release next Monday alongside iOS 18.1.

Apple Intelligence still showing as Beta on iOS I hope a second RC or a new batch for the Release

is a beta that does nothing new except fix bugs in the release version really a beta?🤔
It is called a beta, therfore there can be changes in the beta, because betas just exist for this reason.
Strange, they release a second RC, but as mentioned: betas are for testing and fixing errors.

These terms mean whatever the company wants them to mean. They've changed terminology and meaning over time. Thirty years ago, beta meant feature complete. Apple now rolls out features over the course of multiple betas. Release candidates used to get short-term intense in-house testing. Now they are released to customers as betas. It really doesn't matter what they call it. Just be aware that Apple won't wipe your tears if you brick your device by installing pre-release software.
