Apple today seeded the third beta of an upcoming watchOS 7.6 update to developers for testing purposes, with the new beta coming two weeks after the release of the second beta.

To install the ‌watchOS 7.6 beta, developers need to download the proper configuration profile from the Apple Developer Center. Once the profile is in place, the watchOS 7.5 beta can be downloaded through the dedicated ‌Apple Watch‌ app on the iPhone by going to General > Software Update.

To update to the new software, the ‌Apple Watch‌ needs to have 50 percent battery life, it must be placed on the charger, and it must be in range of the ‌‌‌‌‌‌‌iPhone‌‌‌‌‌‌‌.

We don't know what's included in the watchOS 7.6 update, and no new features were discovered in the first two betas.

My watch is at 7.6 with the beta profile installed, but I have not been able to update to this or the last beta. Anyone have an idea how I can get it to pick up these updates?

Anyone think there will be a 7.7 or 7.8 before 8.0 launches this fall? I want to wait out as long as possible before I upgrade my W3 to avoid the unpairing process.

Public beta companions for the DB that dropped yesterday for iOS and tvOS dropped 1/2 hour ago but no watch PB yet.
