When I upgraded to the iPhone 14 Pro, I was a bit disappointed how lame the main wallpaper for iOS 16 was when switching to always-on. It was like a hard to see dark blue.
I was genuinely surprised when I deleted it and added it again later that the always-on mode was different. It actually retains the colours and is quite visible.
So just a PSA, I think you need to add the wallpaper again if you upgraded to a new device, you need to add the wallpapers again. Because they don’t auto update when you transfer.
