If you check out the online store you'll see there is now a 3-5 day wait on both iBook models. earlier this week there was a 1-2 day wait on the 12" Powerbook. Could this be due to high demand of the back to school season? My sister just bought a brand new powerbook and her friend just bought brand new ibook. I see more and more people buying Macs lately.
The other day, my roommate went to Chicago for a day to shop. He stopped by the Apple store to look around. He came home that night and talked to me about it, then sold his dell laptop on ebayand ordered a 12" w/airport express and a few games. He finally switched after nearly 7 years of me trying to get him to!
