Apple sent me a NFR FINAL CUT Replacment DVD advice?

As the thread says Apple sent me a NFR DVD of Final Cut Studio 3 as I needed a replacement. (Original Install one was scratched) The problem is How do I legally sell the software since I have a valid legal retail key but a NFR Install CD?
What makes me leery is the DVD fails the checksum check in Disk Utility. I have used the software twice for a project but I have no use for it farther.
Advice?

Use the toothpaste CD/DVD cleaning trick to see if you can repair the disk.

I called Apple and I have a case # assigned to me so that whoever (if they want to) purchase the software from me, Can call Apple give the # and Apple will prove to them this is a legit copy.
