So after preordering my 16 GB iPhone 5 through Apple and receiving it via ups yesterday, I realized Apple sent me someone else's iPhone. It was the right model but upon activation and looking at the invoice it had someone else's name and number. Called AppleCare and waited for about an hour, they couldn't help. Went to AT&T and after changing the SIM card 3 times they couldn't help. I'm going to go to the apple store and expect a swap. I'm not going through the hassle of senting my unit back. What would you guys do?

PS: while unsuccessfully trying to activate my iPhone, AT&T must have disabled my grandfathered in unlimited data while reactivating my temp. Razr. Will they be able to get this back for me when I get my iPhone running?
