Part 1:
So in August I started having problems with my iMac G5 (Rev A). It has been repaired 3X now and now needs more work done to it. So I called Customer Relations this past Friday and spoke with a very nice lady who agreed that the iMac is not living up to the nearly $2,000 I spent on the machine (since mine was a custom order). They are sending me a new iMac G5 (Rev C) with all specs similar to or better than mine and I just have to return mine.
I am getting the new model:
17" 1.9GHz 512MB RAM 250GB AE BT built-in-iSight dual-layer-superdrive

Part 2:
Last week my wife and I ordered a refurbished PowerBook:
12" 1.33GHz 256MB RAM 60GB Combo Drive AirportExtreme for $1,099.00.
The PB arrived today and actually had 512MB RAM, 80GB's, and Bluetooth (which was not supposed to be included).

Part 3:
Last week I ordered a new 60GB White iPod (video). It wasn't supposed to ship until 10/20/05 and I chose the free shipping (3-5 days). Well it shipped 10/18/05 and arrived 10/19/05. I received overnight shipping for free.

Needless to say I have received EXCELLENT service from Apple. With all the complaints about small revisions to PB's and scratched up Nano's I thought that I would share something positive.
