Will apple service iphones with installer.app even though we're still with AT&T?

Got a phone, unresponsive, won't charge, totally dead. Tried to restore, no go. It's just totally blank, tried system reset, nothing, totally unresponsive. We wanted to exchange it, will apple service it? We're with AT&T, but it has installer.app on there.

Not sure if they will or not, but it seems that you have no option other than to try, and I wish you luck with that.

nah, this was totally of natural causes from ordinary use. Nothing crazy like that happened.
