Apple has shared a full trailer for "The Snoopy Show," which is set to launch on February 5, as an unlisted video on the Apple TV YouTube channel.

"The Snoopy Show" marks Apple's second series made in partnership with WildBrain (formerly DHX Media) and its subsidiary, Peanuts Worldwide. In 2019, Apple debuted faux documentary "Peanuts in Space: Secrets of Apollo 10," and "Snoopy in Space," following Snoopy and the Peanuts gang as Snoopy pursues his dream of being an astronaut.

Starring the world's most famous Beagle, and his best bud, Woodstock. He's a dog like no other — whether he's flying high in the sky, or searching for treasure at the bottom of the sea, he's always up to something fun. So gather your gang, and get ready to follow along with The Snoopy Show, only on Apple TV+.

Apple won an Emmy for Outstanding Children's or Family Viewing Program for Peanuts in Space, and it has committed to producing a range of new "Peanuts" content in the future.

The Snoopy Show comes to Apple TV+ on Friday, February 5, with a season of six episodes.

I tried Snoopy in Space, and frankly, it remembered different Peanuts. This was too gentle. I am glad that others liked it, unfortunately I didn't, maybe my expectations based on my ageing souvenirs were misleading.
My 8-year old loved Snoopy In Space but the tone was too educational. The Snoopy Show looks less serious and more return-to-the-form, similar to The Peanuts Movie from few years ago.

Our cat never watches the projector screen. When we played the "The Peanuts Movie", he became hypnotized and watched for almost 25 minutes straight. It was so odd. Cats....

I am excited to see how the next generation of The Peanuts goes. As one of the longest ongoing "stories" ever drawn/portrayed, it was interesting to see how it both adapted and didn't adapt throughout the years the comic ran. Apple sometimes finds ways of taking things and making them more than the sum of their parts and sometimes they take them in directions that no one else cares or wants. I am up for the ride, just not sure if I will agree with the destination, only time will tell...

tv+ is really building up a good roster. I’m an 80s kid and between Snoopy and Fraggle Rock, I love the personality that tv+ is developing. Apple needs a few other properties to fill in the gaps. I’m a big proponent of Apple acquiring ViacomCBS if just for Apple becoming the home of Star Trek but maybe Apple is just going to have to build their own sci-fi universe and fan base. The Foundation Series appears to have that potential.

"Too educational" is the right word. I was thinking that is sounded like "sponsored" that was probably not.

I have nothing against "educational" items, in the contrary, but it is just not what I expect from Snoopy.

I really appreciate that Apple extended (at least mine and few others here) my Apple TV Plus trial thru July. That's over 18 months. Plus they are bringing new content each week so this is a big plus!
Mine expires 2/26/21 with no extension...

We have had Apple TV+ for six months and watched nothing. This channel is a great example of why CEOs of giant tech corporations should not be making entertainment decisions. They have actually made Peanuts more bland.
You are missing out on some good content The comedies like Mystic Quest and Ted Lasso were great. I liked See, Tehran, Morning Show, Servant, and Defending Jacob as well.

AppleTV+ is still a travesty. However, this is better than nothing. Of course, I will still cancel ATV+ as soon as it is no longer free. I would never pay a dime for this trash, with the current offerings. Charlie Brown sounds nothing like he used to in that trailer. Lame.

That is precisely what I disliked about Snoopy in Space. It felt more like PBS kids then Peanuts, and that irked me. I have high hopes for this show, however.

I’m not interested in the current Apple TV+ content as it is, but calling it trash is harsh. I’m looking forward to watching Foundation when it arrives on Apple TV+.

The kids content has been pretty solid on TV+. My 4.5 year old daughter has become a big fan of Doug Unplugs and Stillwater. Both of those shows didn't get much attention, but she loves them.

She also enjoyed Snoopy in Space, but her reaction to the trailer for the Snoopy Show makes me think it will be a big hit.

Oddly enough, Fraggle Rock didn't go over so well with her. I worried it might feel too old to her, but she said it was scary, which was not the reaction I was expecting.

So now it’s not enough to just own an Apple TV (which costs up to $200.00) but now they want a subscription for the + to get these programs. 👎
