When calling Apple a couple of days ago, I was told that I couldn't add to my order as it was being sent out that day from China. Fair enough, it was only to add a different keyboard/mouse combo.
Anyway, since then, I've been checking the tracking page to give me an indication of where the box is, so I can plan whether or not to work from home or go in to the office. But so far nothing has changed. Just wondering if this is normal or not?
There's a tracking number on the first page, but when you click on it, the next page says that there's been no courier assigned yet and that its just in transit. I've tried the tracking number on the UPS website but its invalid although it does seem to be one of their numbers.
I'm not panicking, just wondering if this is the norm? I seem to remember that the last thing I ordered from Apple had really vague tracking info and it just suddenly turned up one day when I wasn't in, but that was nearly a year ago so I can't remember the specifics.
Any advice?
Apart from "try to be more patient"?!
Thanks,
Mike.
