Apple Shipping Label E-Mail

I talked to a product specialist from Apple about my MacBook, which I'm going to send back. He said it would take 24 hours to get they shipping labels e-mail, I talked to him on Friday afternoon, and I still haven't got an e-mail. Does anyone know whats up with this? It's really irritating.

Since it's the weekend, I wouldn't be concerned until Monday afternoon at the earliest.
