So i'm about to order an iPhone case (The Book Book) from the canadian apple site www.apple.ca . Anyway I'm looking at my shipping options here theres standard shipping for 6$ then theres expedited shipping for 13$ both in which take the same amount of time to ship to me... Whats the difference? isn't expedited suppose to be faster if I'm paying more?

It's totally dependent on where you live. Do you live in a rural area that does not have a large post office?
Standard shipping will be Canada Post. Expedited shipping will be either Purolator, UPS, FedEx or DHL.
EDIT: since it's a cheap case you better get standard. If for any reason you can not be there to receive the package, the delivery guy will not drop it at your door, no matter how small the box is. Apple policy, I experienced it with my Apple remote.
