1. Bandcamp’s site is deceptively nice. (You’re also able to play music from there in the background in Safari, unlike YouTube.)
2. In order to incorporate the (mostly independent or boutique label) music that is there but not also on Apple Music, e.g. I believe these (https://poppyrobbie.bandcamp.com/track/math-of-love), (https://poppyrobbie.bandcamp.com/track/nothing-unexpected), IMO, excellent songs by a band I was a fan of in my late-teens and early-twenties (if I’m wrong about Apple Music not having this, please let me know—I never signed up for the free trial—prefer listening to stuff like Fresh Air (e.g. (https://www.npr.org/2011/10/25/141653658/steve-jobs-a-computer-icon-on-life-death-and-apple) these days—I’m old).
