Not everyone has a house or garden. If you live in densely packed apartments, you really don’t want to be outside with everyone walking in circles.Just got to try harder. Skip rope. Push-ups. Walk around your apartment/house/garden.
Yes it would be cool to get an award for meeting your move targets without leaving your home.

and push ups don’t move the “move circle” very much. You can exercise all day and not move it, depending on the exercise. Walking in circles inside a 500 square foot apartment gets old fast, i would imagine.
That really happened? Impressive. If a French guy can run a marathon on his few-foot-wide balcony, I’m sure you can figure something out.
One achievement I’ll never get under this mandate. it’s still perfectly fine to go to parks, take walks, go hiking, etc - Nor is it irresponsible to do so.
Sorry if I (and millions of others) haven’t stocked up on barbells prior to being told to shelter-in-place.Doing an active weight training workout adds more activity than a walk outside for the same time spent.
I (in normal circumstances) go to the gym every morning to do resistance training.Sorry if I (and millions of others) haven’t stocked up on barbells prior to being told to shelter-in-place.
Lol, I feel like this is something you would see someone do to exercise in jail in a movie. Very creative, I like it.I (in normal circumstances) go to the gym every morning to do resistance training.
I also do not have dumbbells at home.
instead I fill reuasable bags with water bottles to act as dumbbells, fill a tool box with tools for heavy weight, do push-ups and sit-ups instead of bench press, etc.
it’s not hard to come up with a replacement home workout without proper equipment.
