Apple should release Apple map maker for users

Google has a feature named Google map maker where users can help build the maps. It is a really clever idea and I for one would add smaller streets, house numbers etc to this tool.
 
I know Apple has a tool to help correct places, not sure if that also accepts adding 'new' places though.
