Apple Silcone case catching mute switch Iphone 12 Pro Max

Got the 12 pro max, very happy with it but not the apple silicone case! Got the dark navy silicone case and every time I put it in or out of my pocket the top left of the phone raises and the case catches the silent switch. I’ve missed no end of calls the past couple of days due to this!

Is anyone else suffering? Reluctant to swap it as i can’t see another not having the issue!

That's how most cases are when you take them on/off, so this is normal.

OP isn't talking about this happening when taking the case on and off. They're talking about this happening when taking it out of their pocket.
