Apple smart battery case XR fit 11?

I know the camera may not fit, but physically they are the same size.

Does the XR Apple battery case fit the 11, if forgive the camera if it would charge and fit ok, for the times that I need to.

I have a theory that Apple changes the design ever so slightly each year so that people have to buy new cases as well. Even if I am wrong the effect undermines their eco-credentials.

That’s business really though suppose, not just Apple do it.

Anyone try? Think it will fit but block camera/flash. Just not sure on the camera bump if it’s same on XR and 11.

Do you have one for XR and an 11? Could you take a pic?

Is there any light sensor or anything it would block?

So potentially could still use the camera as well in daylight? Maybe a decent purchase as could drop for the XR.

You just see the 2 cams sticking out the case no pics but i selling the case on the forum for $60 shipped

It works perfectly fine as well as earpods. The flash and mic will be covered. I have been using for a week.

I only use the smart case at night as a charger. I had been tired with frayed cables for last 10 years and I quit charging my iPhone with cable. Only drawback is only charging 60% with smart case, I wish the smart case charge up at least 80%!

Get a wireless charger for overnight. Much easier, slow but doesn’t matter. It will also charge your smart case and iPhone so both fully charged in morning
