Apple Standard shipping method ?

Hello all. I ordered a att iPhone 6s+ 64 gb gold using att next 12 month with a delivery date of 9/25. Ordered around 3:12am eastern time and got my apple processing email at 3:21 est. This is my first time pre ordering for a new iPhone I typically go camp. My question I chose the free standard shipping option. What method shipping does apple use ? And once it's shipped and I can track It will I be able to get the package held at my local hub instead of getting delivered to my house ? Thanks in advance

In my experience (in the USA) , UPS and they are great. I suggest you sign up for free UPS My Choice. It will keep you updated. You can also request it be held at your local customer distribution center where it's most likely available early that day. I have one about 3 miles away - better than waiting for doorbell. You might be able to request delivery to UPS retail store but that time depends on the truck rounds to the store. Distribution center starts from there so is earlier. I always run into other apple pickups there.

Thanks yes I am a ups my choice member already and I typically get my packages routed to my local ups store. Thanks for the reply my wife doesn't have to camp at home on 9/25 Friday and wait for the ups delivery guy.
