awhile ago i saw that people were having trouble doing this but can anyone confirm that they are still replacing iphone's with the cracked plastic! thank you

I'd like to know this too, more specifically if any UK users have managed to get replacements for this and if so, where from.

Thanks

I don't see why not. If its clearly visible, they should replace it. If not, come back another day and see if there are any other reps.
I got my iPhone replaced even though the guy couldn't see the cracks or the light leaks I was having, even though I knew it was there.

Had mine replaced on the 23rd of May with no issues. They were really nice (which is unusual for the Indianapolis Keystone store!).

This happened to me there weeks after launch day and I didn't get mine replaced /:

Got mine replaced yesterday no questions asked. Ringer switch crack. Regent Street store
