Apple Still Replacing Cracked Macbooks Free?

Anybody know if Apple is still repairing the known cracking issue in Macbooks, even if they are still out of warranty, free of charge?

and I swear I didn't see that thread! All I saw were threads from September, though I recently heard Apple had stopped the program, so I wanted to get a more recent answer.
