Apple still signing 4.1 for iPhone 4?

Anyone know? I may have to get a replacement phone cause of some major issues with Home button not working. I don't want to take it in though and risk losing my jailbreak ability. I would rather have a phone with a crippled home button and jailbroken than one with normal function and no jailbreak.

Bummer. That it what I kinda figured. Gonna hold onto this phone then for awhile till we get more info about the next jailbreak. Hope it will be untethered. Thanks.

does tiny umbrella still work to reinstall 4.1 firmware? i heard apple blocked the attempt to reinstall the same or lower firmware and keep your unlock, is this true?

If you have SHSH's saved you can reinstall or downgrade your firmware.
What apple blocked on 4.2.1 and above firmware is the ability to maintain your baseband on an i4 using TU.
