I was going to setup the iPhone Upgrade program through the apple store app - in prep for the iPhone XS. however, everytime I go through the steps, I get to a Verizon page that asks for my phone number (auto filled out) and account pin. After entering my account PIN, and pressing the confirm carrier button, it says "Because the maximum number of attempts to successfully enter your information was reached, a 60-minute suspension was placed on the aligibility checker, that hour has not yet passed" - I've waited 2 hours, same thing happens. I even reset my PIN on the verizon site to make sure I was entering it correctly, yet the same thing happens. Any ideas?!?
