Apple Store App Better on Purpose?

When I was maddeningly refreshing my web browser and my app, I noticed I was able to order my watch and even got my email confirmation LONG before the browser ever came up.

Do you think Apple does that on purpose to kind of reward the faithfull?

Just a thought.
