Universal Apple Store App - Missing Device Info

I just bought an iPad 5 (2017). I usually see information about my iPad (Color, Memory) and a link to specific accessories for my iPad. But it does not come up.

Have tried to log out of iCloud, and in again, but it made no difference. Is there a bug in the app? ... it worked yesterday on my old iPad.

Is there anyone who knows about it?
