Apple Store app pre order question

How do you refresh the store when the pre order goes live? Do you have to quit the app and open again, or can you refresh within the app?

Anything else do I need to remember when pre ordering? Any tips / tricks?

1/ ipad or iphone ready before 10-20 minute
2/ make sure credit card and billing shipping address ready on profile
3/ apps store ready
4/ make up plan make sure carrier or which one you decide buy
5/ click fast as you can
6/ make sure correct final confirm an order and place an order

I usually kill the app and relaunch very time, while simultaneously hammering the Apple site on my iPad. It's worked well the last 2 launches for me.

Yes, I close the app and reopen it constantly until it goes through. And people say the habit of closing apps in multitasking is useless
